These terms cover your use of VeraRetails and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

About us

VeraRetails is an online retailer. We work with independent brands and suppliers who ship goods directly to you.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and picture every product accurately. Colours can appear differently between screens, and supplier packaging occasionally changes.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the price was wrong, or we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.

Third-party products

Some products carry brand names or licensed designs owned by others. Those trademarks belong to their owners. We sell licensed goods supplied to us and make no claim to the marks themselves.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using it.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access parts of it you are not authorised to reach.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a delayed parcel affecting an event.
